Our client, a financial services company is looking for a Japanese Speaking Marketing Associate to join their team
Job Description
• Liaise with judicial scrivener, property and insurance agents in Japan for legal document preparation & mortgage registration, fund settlement as well as fire insurance arrangement for Japan Property Mortgage business
• Establish a good client relationship to sustain business and acquire new referrals
• Handle customers’ inquiries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Interview potential customers and compile customized loan proposals for loan applications
• Conduct customer visits or site inspection if necessary
• Assess the creditworthiness of customers by analyzing their financial statements, bank statements, and banking facilities as well as checking their repayment capability
• Verify customers’ personal and financial background by conducting credit checking and necessary search such as company search, legal search, PEP, SFC, etc.
• Compile credit reports for management approval
• Handle loan documentation processing and verify customers/ dealers’ signature on agreements and guarantee forms
• Monitor the outstanding issues and follow up on the documentation, insurance & repayment matters
• Assist the Team Head/ Manager to prepare monthly sales stock report, call report and other necessary reports for management review
• Prepare periodical review on dealership/referral account and credit lines
• Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied
• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects
• Occasional business trips are required
Requirements
• Major in Banking, Finance or related discipline
• At least 1 year of work experience in banking/finance field
• Good command of Japanese, English, and Chinese
• Knowledge in financial statement interpretation and credit analysis
• Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
Additional Job Information
• Salary: 16-25K/ Month
• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 0900-1700
• Double Pay
