Our client, a pharmaceutical trading company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Online Shop Coordinator as followings:
Job Description
- Enlist, source and upload the right product into the list and Online shop.
- Liaise with Japanese customer by email or phone.
- Handle export and import enquiries and documents
- Coordinate with suppliers by English and Japanese
- Perform any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese, especially speaking &writing Email and good command of English
- N1 certificate is a must
- Relevant working experience such as Sales&Shipping Coordinator, Online Shop Management, Web Marketing, Online Contents Writing is a plus
- Knowledge or interest in Online Marketing or Online Shop Management
- Mature and stable
- Proficient in MS Office, e.g. MS Word, Excel
- Good communication skill
Additional Job Information
15K-17K *depends on current salary and experience
- Mon - Fri : 09:00 - 18:00
- Travel Allowance: Yes *at cost
- Bonus : Discretionary
- Annual Leave : 1st year/9 days / Max 14 days
