Our client, a renowned Japanese electronics company is currently looking for a suitable Japanese-speaking candidate to join their team.

Job Description
• Responsible for full scope of office administration and HR functions, including but not limited to staff recruitment, payroll and MPF administration, leave management, taxation, insurance renewal, performance management, working visa application and employee relations.
• To formulate, implement, review and update company policies and procedures regularly to ensure that they are in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Work closely to review and execute company policies to support company growth and business performance
• To provide consultative support to ensure adequate staffing level, effective management programs for long term business development.
• To perform office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation and maintenance.
• To handle spend management projects
• Handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements
• Degree holder of Human Resources Management/BA or above
• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources & Administration
• Well-versed with Employment ordinance or related regulations
• Proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin is a must (Min. JLPT Level 2 or above)
• Working experience in Japanese company will be an advantage
• Mature and stable person, cheerful, teamwork, good interpersonal skills

Additional Job Information
• Salary: 30 – 35K (negotiable)
• Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00
