Accounting Manager - Manufacture

Company Overview
A Japanese computer related manufacturing company is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:

Job Description
-Monitor and review accounting operation process including company minutes, bank arrangements, FOB/exchange rate assessment
-preform audit support and review annual audit
-Establish and implement accounting and internal control policies and procedures which align with headquarter
-Arrange accounting and internal control, bank related meetings, Monthly Management meetings
-Coordinate with Japan headquarter Account, and other Sales company's CMC Dept. Report to management.
-Prepare monthly accounting reporting package (STRAVIS) and analysis reports, daily cashflow control, NDF derivative hedging and assessment

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or equivalent
-5-10 year relevant experience or above.
-Good commend in English and Mandarin
-Strong Knowledge in MS excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint
-Strong knowledge in accounting, tax and internal control, financial analytical knowledge
-Strong communication skill to make all department staff to understand the operations and accounting policies
-self-motivated, independent candidate with logical and analytical thinking, sensitive to figures will be first consider
-immediately available candidate will be highly prefer
