Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the biggest Financial Company in Japan, now looking for suitable candidates as the following;
Job Description
-Work with different departments, headquarter, system developer & IT vendor to facilitate solutions on all hardware, software and networking.
-Manage the schedule, cost, quality, human power of system development/enhancement as well as other IT infrastruture
-Handle whole system development/enhancement, including quotation, master schedule, UR/UI, UAT, parallel run and go-live etc.
-Monitor, identify and implement improvements to the overall infrastructure using new technologies.
-Provide in-house hardware & software installation, support and troubleshooting
-Monitor company website, other company equipment / facilities
-Handle administrative works related to IT Department
-Handle queries from Internal & External IT Audit
-Regular meeting with Headquarter, system developer, IT vendors, other departments or other related companies
-Involve projects related to RPA
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Degree, Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
-Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in IT management
-Someone who has negotiation skills to manage vendors and internal departments to meet the deadline
-Experience in financial industry is an added advantage
-Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Japanese is a plus
-Self-motivated and a fast learner with positive attitude
-Attentive to details and capable of interacting with users on requirements
-Able to work under pressure and attend to ad hoc service requirements
-Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
-Able to work on non-business days occasionally

[Allowance]
-Bonus : Performance Bonus after project ended
-Transportation : Yes ( HKD 500 / month)
