Our client, a Japanese logistics company is now looking for the below talent for their team
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team in providing excellent services to customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and overseas branches.
- Support the Sales Team to handling regular sales administration duties.
- Prepare Sales Report for management review.
- Support the Sales System in respect of preparing quotation, order follow up and processing and logistics arrangement.
- Attend Sales Meeting and prepare meeting reports.
- Update Sales & Marketing information to the company website.
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above in relevant disciplines.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in freight forwarding industry related to sales & marketing. Applicant with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Customer Service Supervisor.
- Good command of English & Mandarin, proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of ISO and AEO is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
