Our client, an electronics manufacturing company, they are looking for the below talent to fill their team as below:
Job Description
• Administer company compliance standard such as ISO, J-SOX and internal IT security management
• Coordinate and facilitate regional IT meetings, services and other activities between internal parties and vendors in multiple languages
• Responsible for IT budget, cost allocation and vendor management
• Develop and maintain IT documentation such as technical standards, user guides and training materials in multiple languages
• Handle technical support for end-users, frontend and backend IT facilities and products
Requirements
• Diploma or above in IT discipline is preferred
• Experience in IT document translation is highly preferable
• Experience in IT budget, cost allocation and vendor management is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO is a plus
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Well-organized, possess good communication skills and analytical mind
• Mature, self-motivated and has strong determination to succeed
Additional Job Information
Salary: Up to 15K
Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:20
