Our client, a famous Japanese Electronics company is looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Job Description
• Perform all rounded HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment, Payroll, C&B, Leave management, Training, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments for daily HR operations
• Provide secretarial support to President including daily schedule and meeting coordination, manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim, etc.
• Support department to perform other corporate functions such as coordination with company secretary
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned
Requirements
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR experience in various HR functions
• Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2)
• Experience in using HRMS especially in performing payroll function
• Knowledge of HR Employment Ordinance, related regulations and practices
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Work and PowerPoint
• Proactive, good team player, willing to learn, multi task and able to work independently
Additional Job Information
Package:
Salary: Up to 20K (Depends on experience)
Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 – 17:30
