Job Description
-Prepare and the HR monthly attendance reports
-Assist the application and renewal of employment visa for company staff
-Handle name card creation and body check arrangement for company staff
-Handle the staff medical claims form
-Assist in the recruitment and training duties when necessary
-Prepare HR supporting documents, data entry duties
-Ad-hoc projects and other administration duties
Requirements
-Fresh grad in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly prefer
-Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- JLPT N2 holder or above is an advantage
-Immediately available candidate will be highly prefer
