Job Description
- Work with Customer & Production site for all kinds of inventory management activities including new & EOL item management, supply & demand management
- Conduct demand forecasts, safety stock review to optimize the stock level
- Analyze Sales patterns, Stock replenishment & Inventory level in weekly cycle
- Investigate any possible causes of inventory issues & follow up resolutions
- Prepare periodic & ad-hoc KPI reports to identify opportunities for enhancements
- Support ad-hoc assignments or inventory related projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in Material Planning, Transactional Procurement and Inventory Control
- Knowledge of electronics industry is an advantage
- Fluent in Japanese, English and Putonghua
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with ERP (SAP)
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure in a team environment
