Accounting Officer-Logistic

Company Overview
Our client , a famous shipping and logistics company is now looking for the candidates as below:

Job Description
-Verify invoices against agreement and ensure that each payment with proper approval documents in accordance with our policies & procedures
-Monitor payments trends ad clarify with stakeholders if there is abnormal payment or unexpected expense
-Prepare month-end closing within the monthly deadline
-Prepare the cost analysis reports

Requirements
-Diploma or above in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
-2 years' accounting and cost control experience ( in Shipping/Logistics industry or cost control center will be advantage )
-Proficiency in MS office, especially in MS Excel
-With an experience in SAP will be advantage
-Details minded & well organized with "can do" attitude
-Good command of both written and spoken in English
