Responsibilities:
⚫ Handle clients or business partners’ enquiries
⚫ Perform policy admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
⚫ Email and phone call handling with clients
⚫ Translating documents: Chinese / English Japanese
⚫ Seminar preparation
⚫ Assist on ad hoc jobs if necessary
Requirements
Requirements:
⚫ Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese;
⚫ Willing to learn and hard-working;
⚫ Good servicing manner
⚫ Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
⚫ 1 to 2 years of Customer service / Hospitality / Finance / Insurance experience
⚫ Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage
