Our client, a electronics component distributor is looking for a temporary accounting assistant as below detail
Job Description
• Perform daily accounting duties such as preparing vouchers & invoices, data input, & expenses claims
• Assist relevant collection & payment activities
• Ability to work independently and deal with deadlines
• Handle ad hoc assignments whenever necessary
Requirements
• High diploma or above
• At least two-year relevant experience.
• Proficient in computer skills especially Excel vlookup and pivot table and experience in using ERP system is preferred.
• Careful, systematic and well-organized character.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
