Handle general office administration matters
Handle report and documentations
Liaise with Japanese headquarter and overseas offices for daily operation
Supporting for accounting staff
Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Experience as administrator in Japanese company is plus
Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
