Job Description
• Review and revise the company's compliance policies and related standard operating procedures
• Conduct compliance training to employees
• Review and consider whether a business transaction is in line with the company's compliance policies
• Conduct researches relating to corporate compliance matters
• Conduct monitoring whether or not each organization is operating according to SOP and guideline
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Degree or above in law or related discipline
• Interested in developing a career in healthcare compliance field
• Around 3 years of relevant working experiences in law firm or in-house compliance department
• Good typing, PC knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Self-initiative, good communication and presentation skills, with problem-solving and organization capability; strong attention to details
