Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
At least 1year working experience, preferably in Japanese company/ in customer service field
Less experience and fresh graduate will be considered

Handle enquiries from customers from overseas through email,SNS and Chat
Responsible for web site and web-based applications design, development, maintenance, implementation
Handle shipping and delivery arrangement
Assist in other ad hoc duties
