Job Description
Data gathering from various systems and prepare regular analyses reporting for management (e.g. sales performance, business forecasts, cost and benefit forecasts);
Analyse current workflow and procedure and suggest Standard Operation Procedures for continuous improvement;
Support management presentation preparation;
Evaluate sales strategies and handle budget-actual variance analysis;
Coordinate with operational, sales and marketing teams to develop appropriate strategies;
Perform duties and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
University graduate in Finance, Business Management or related discipline;
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferred in accounting or business planning of retail industry;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills;
Excellent presentation skills and able to work with tight deadlines;
Analytical with strong problem solving skills;
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication skills and be able to work will at various levels;
