Job Description
-Provide sales administration support to Sales Team in Hong Kong Office
-Data input of Sales record
-Liaise closely with ASEAN sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties
-Prepare invoice, payment follow up, membership card arrangement and etc.
-Some translation between English and Japanese
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 2 years' working experience as Sales assistant
-Good command of English and Japanese
-Proficient in MS office application(especially Excel)
-Immediately available

-14K-17K
-Mon-Fri(9:00am-5:00pm)
