Our client, a Japanese famous Game Maker is expanding their business and is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Monitoring and Problem-solving in daily sales operation including sales order, purchase order, invoice
- Monitor delivery schedule and shipment
- Handle monthly reports, inventory control and ensure reports submission by monthly deadline
- Handle major customer accounts
- Develop specific and effective plans to ensure revenue growth
- Support Manager on developing the pricing and promotion strategy
- Maintain good communication and coordinate with Japan Headquarter /regional offices
- Responsible for managing sales activities
- Report to the Sales Assistant Manager
- Lead the sales team to explore business opportunities, Coach and monitor sales staff
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Business/Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of solid experience in sales
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Senior/Leader position
- Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadline
- Strong decision making ability, excellent human relations and presentation skills
- Experience in using ERP system (SAP (B1) system is an advantage)
- Excellent command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediately available

- Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
- AL 1st year 9days, Max 14days
- Transportation Allowance (Actual used)
