Responsibilities
- Handle sales support documents and other related paper work
- Provide simple secretarial support to superiors
- Contact factories, customers and suppliers for follow up
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Diploma or above with 1 years or above related working experience
- Good command in Japanese (N1) & Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office (Skillful in Excel and Word)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
