Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Electric manufacturer is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team –
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, receiving and issuing invoice etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including but not limited delivery control, inventory control and purchase order
- Manage the stock product list and warehouse which is located next to the office
- Ad hoc task when assigned by the managers
Requirements:
- Mandarin native
- Working experiences in Taiwan or Taiwanese companies
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years-experiences in shipping and sales supporting role, preferably in Electronics field
- Coordinate with Vendors and customers, handling I/E operation
- Acknowledge of sales and trading operation, documentation of invoices, customs
- Good PC knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken & written English
