Job Description
Our client, a Japanese electronic company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese speaking Accounting, Admin / Purchasing Assistant officer - Electronics
Responsibilities
- Prepare vendor’s payment information
- Issue sales invoice
- Handle Admin duties, such as office equipment management, booking hotel/air ticket, etc.
- Support IT issue and contact IT dept. in Japan head office if required
- Support Japanese colleague local infrastructure issue ( Banking, Mobile, Housing, etc. )
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Above 2-3 years experiences in admin duties
- Business level in Japanese
- Conversational level in English & Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Excel & Word
- Work from April 2018
Package
- HKD 12,000– HKD 15,000
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 08:45 – 17:45
- Double Pay & Discretionary
- Meal allowance: HKD 500 / month
- Annual Leave: 7 days / 1st year, Max 14 days
