Our client, a global commercial kitchen equipment company focusing on refridgators, is looking for a Sales Administrator
Responsibilities
Support sales / services department
Handle any parts / services enquiries via telephone or email
Manage and pack parts inventory (in-stock & out-stock)
Provide general clerical support, data entry and data statistics
Maintain good document filing system
Responsible for general reception duties and general administrative support
Requirements
Diploma or above
Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
At least 2 years’ experience in Sales support/ Admin / Coordinator role.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Knowledge of SAP Business One ERP will be an advantage.
Good communication skills, patient and well-organize.
