Job Description
Our client is a Chinese Securities firm now looking for a Responsible Officer to lead their team. Candidates with strong leadership and experience are highly preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, analysis, build financial & valuation models to analyze, risk / return on investment products
- Source and evaluate potential investment products
- Set investment strategies, asset allocation and risk tolerance
- To provide financial analysis & investment on securities, bonds, funds and forex, etc,
- Participate in the negotiation of the project, formulate relevant investment plans & complete the fund equity investment
- Assist in all investment related projects and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Qualification in FRM / CPA / CFA is preferred
- Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Business, Law, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines
- 10 years working experiences, preferably gained from sizable group / financial services company / Investment Company / Securities Company, etc.
- Good experience that demonstrates advanced
- Knowledge of the securities industry & its practice, financial market and corporate finance activities
