Our client, a Japanese Toy & Miscellaneous goods company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Sales Officer – Toy & Miscellaneous goods company
< Responsibilities>
- Respond to inquiries and requests from the clients
- Issue full set of shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, and certification
- Coordinate with factory and handle shipping arrangements
- Delivery management with contacting to logistics forwarders
- Source new vendors and negotiate regarding to cost and quality
- Business trip to South China is required ( Approx. 1-2 times / month )
- Excellent commands of English
- Good command of Japanese
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive preferred
- Knowledge of Japanese customer service & hospitality would be advantaged
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Immediate available
- HKD 13,000 ~ 16,000 ( Negotiable )
- Mon – Fri / Working hour 09:00-18:00
- Double pay & Discretional Bonus
- Annual Leave 7 days / 1st year ( Max: 14 days )
