Job Description
An International Asset Management firm is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their elite team:
Job Duties:
Be in charge of fund operation work including information disclosure, settlements, investor enquires, cash management, and performance estimate related to Funds
Handle trade/settlement processing and checking
Coordinate with Product Managers, Fund Administrators, Legal Counsels, Accountants and other related parties
Monitor and ensure the Funds are complied with the investment objectives and restrictions
Prepare Fund Fact Sheets or other relevant marketing materials
Perform administrative works related to the Funds and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting Finance or other related disciplines
2-3 years of experience in asset management operations
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good command of the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and operation systems
Willing to learn, team player is preferred
