Job Description
Our client is a LED Lighting expert, providing interior coordination and light consulting services for the retail shops such as fashion shops or luxury restaurants. The most of their customers are famous Japanese companies. They are now looking for a Sales Coordinator position.
[Job Duties]
To be in charge of coordination and administration duty concerning to their sales activities
Keeping in touch with the clients, communicate between distributors and suppliers to support maintenance service.
Contacting to Tokyo office and support their whole sales activities with Factory if required
Arrangement of delivery dates/amount of the goods which was purchased
Ad hoc duties including business administration
[Requirement]
1~2 years working experiences as B to B Sales coordinator
Solid experience to handle sales order, shipping document, invoice...etc.
Good command to spoken and written Japanese and English, Cantonese.
