Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese Trading & Manufacturing Company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Responsibilities:
• Provide general clerical supports and administrative services to team members
• Coordinate travel arrangement including hotel accommodation and visa preparation
• Update management calendar and prepare expense reimbursement documents
• Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, Japanese (JLPT Level 1)
• Sound knowledge in PC operations
• Energetic, pleasant, well-organized and self-initiative
• Immediate available is preferred
