Job Description
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing & trading company is now looking for the following candidate as the following -
Responsibilities:
¨ Prepare consolidation accounting reports for purpose of financial accounting book closing & management accounting review
¨ Provide reporting package for Headquarters’ consolidation
¨ Assist to setup monthly management meeting and work closely with other departments for operation improvement
¨ Review group company consolidation performance from management accounting viewpoints and provide feedback to department head
¨ Prepare annual budget and forecasting reports, and support regional budgeting and business planning
¨ Frequently liaise with finance teams and management teams of Hong Kong, PRC and Japan
¨ Assist management to develop operation tools (e.g. systems, procedures and policies) for strengthening internal control, cost control, inventory control, etc
¨ Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
¨ Diploma or Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
¨ At least 10 years solid experience in financial accounting/ auditing/ management accounting
¨ Experience in sizeable company/ manufacturing company/Japanese company is an advantage
¨ Sound knowledge in PRC accounting standard and taxation, HKFRS
¨ Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Japanese is preferable)
¨ Proficiency in MS Excel, financial/accounting applications and ERP system
¨ Excellent interpersonal and management skills
¨ Self motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
¨ Business travel to PRC is required
¨ Immediately available is preferred
