Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese toys company is looking for a talent to fill up the position:
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for invoice payments, month-end closing, staff reimbursement, accruals review
- To follow up and monitor on-time payments to vendors
- To assist in the auditing and taxation
- To support in the development & improvement of policy and procedures and comply with the internal controls
Requirements:
- Degree or above in accounting or related studies with ACCA or AAT certificates
- With a min 10 years’ experience in commercial accounting with at least 5 years of supervision experience
- Ability to supervise a small team to close accounting books to meet monthly closing deadline
- Good knowledge of accounting/payment controls and bank account administration
- Proficient in SAP system is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
