Our client is a Japanese bank with presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high caliber - Manager to join the professional finance department. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage and loan
- Generate referral opportunities from professional clients
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Min. 4 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage & loan sector in banking preferable with proven track record in mortgage sales.
- Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation and underwriting guidelines are also preferable
- Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Possess good business network with property agents or solicitor firms
- Highly motivated, confident and a strong team-player.
- Excellent of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office application
