Our client, Japanese Forex Broker company, is looking for suitable candidates as following requirements.
【Requirements】
・Degree holder in Finance Business Administration / Economics /Accounting/Law or other related disciplines

・Must be able to work on rotating shifts
・Native Mandarin Speaker is welcome
・Fluent in spoken and written English / Mandarin* / Cantonese
【Duties】
・To handle and follow up indivisual investors inquiries in timely mannar
・To create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
・To monitor trading system and client trading activities and alert Operations Department if the system failure is found
・To handle inquiries from customers through call/email
【Package】

・Fluent in spoken and written English / Mandarin* / Cantonese
・1-2 years Experiences in financial institution and Type 3 license holder is a plus
・Less experience will be considered
