Our client, a listed property investment and management company, is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site team to manage daily leasing operations and main tenant relationship for a shopping centre
- Source potential retails, negotiate leases and prepare lease agreements
- Optimize occupancy and rental levels
- Conduct market research, analyse data and prepare relevant reports
- Maintain tenants' database
- Manage rent receivables position and related matters
- Prepare leasing reports
- Support ad-hoc business assignments when required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 15 years of relevant experience with major developers with focus on retail leasing, property management and tenancy management
- Shopping mall leasing experience is a definite advantage
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills
- Familiar with real estate and tenancy legislations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
