Job Duties:
-Help to manage the existing client database and maintain long-term relationship with key clients within the Financial Services sector
-Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing
-Maintain excellent client service level and understand clients requirements
-Provide support to clients through face to face meeting, telephone conferences and presentations
-Communicate with internal sales and product development teams in order to meet clients' objectives
-Provie market analysis and business overview to help clients make business decisions
Requirements:
-Degree Holder
-Spoken and written English and Japanese a must
-3-4 years of Japanese account servicing experience, preferably in the Banking or other Financial Services industry
-Excellent communicator and client-oriented
-Excellent in building long-term relationship with clients
-Result-oriented and self-motivated
