Job Description
Our client is the manufacturer of one of the best selling colored contact lens brand in Japan, they are now inviting candidates with following requirements:
Job Duties:
- Assistance in preparing advertising proposal
- Handling mock up designs
- Processing of sales orders and contracting
- Coordination duties with other departments (HQ in Japan, factories in Taiwan) and clients
- Assistance in accounting matters
- Translation duties (Japanese to English)
- Other Tasks assigned by Director on Ad-Hoc Basis
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as marketing officer / sales coordinator
- Good command in English and Japanese both written and spoken
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong interest in Fashion / Cosmetic industry
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Immediate available is preferred
