Job Description
Our client, a respected silk textile and garment manufacturer servicing retailers and importers on a globally basis with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
• Formulate & drive multi-dimensional projects & initiatives with management teams in the Group and subsidiaries, with opportunity to act at business partner of subsidiary CEOs within the Group
• Drive internal control, compliance and risk management initiatives across the Group
• In-depth analysis on operating performance of each subsidiaries to identify opportunities to drive enhancement in profitability & efficiency
• Cash flow planning & management
• Key investment evaluation, including financial modelling as well as subsequent project financial planning and project implementation control & financial management
• Budgeting & Forecasting control & management
Qualifications Required:
• Over 7 year solid experience preferably from well-established manufacturing companies, ideally also with experience in retail and property.
• Proven track record of achievement in enhancing shareholders' value of an enterprise
• Qualified accountant
• Bachelor's Degree or above
Personal Skills:
• Commercial-driven and analytical
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Strong organizational skills capable to handle complex projects dealing with a wide community of stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure and willingness to take up increasing level of responsibilities
Package:
• 60-80K
• 5 days’ work
• 12 months with discretionary bonus
