- Prepare full set of export document, e.g. commercial invoices, PL, BL and certificate of origin
- Build up the distribution flow of the purchasing team
- Daily input and verification of system data
- Manage the orders release to forwarder for shipment
- Coordinate delivery related issues between factory/supplier, shipping company/forwarder (both in HK & China) and customer side
- Handle the original customs documents from the suppliers & arrange payment
- Follow up orders, coordinate and work closely with factory and customers
- Daily business trip to Mainland China(Huì zhōu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan)when required(approx 1 time/3 months)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in MS office application
- Excellent command in both written and spoken Japanese
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized and good communication skills
- A flexible personality is suitable
- Immediately available is preferred
