Our client is the Hong Kong branch of a highly successful headhunting business servicing consulting, finance, IT, healthcare industries in Japan. The branch is seeking an assistant researcher for their rapid business expansion. non- experienced one is also considerable:
Responsibilities
- To be responsible to handle talent searching across multi business fields and regions
- To support 2-3 senior recruitment consultants and take care of their daily operation such as interview arrangement
- To seek candidates with appropriate background to prepare the shortlisted talents list
- To contact potential candidates on behalf of the consultants to set up meetings
- Ad hoc duties for the operation support should be assigned
Requirements
- Good education background preferred; degree from a respected university
- Good command in both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Japanese
- Fresh graduates and IANG visa holder are also considerable,
- A self-starter who is independent, resourceful, hardworking and flexible
- Willing to work in a start-up environment without a lot of administrative support
