Job Description
•Perform secretarial support to Director;
•Assist in organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, annual and business reports
•Answer incoming calls and general inquiries for Director;
•Provide support in translation and interpretation;
•Handle and maintain confidential information and document;
•Oversee general office administration for smooth and effective operations;
Requirements
•Degree holder or above;
•At least 4 years relevant experience in serving Senior
•Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin
•Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills; and
•Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
•Immediate available is highly preferred

•5-day work week (9am - 6pm)
