Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage various warehouses, including ambient, chilled & frozen; both in-house and 3PL
• Manage delivery team with around 8-10 trucks; both in-house and 3PL
• Supervise and train the Shipping & Procurement Officer
• Plan and utilize our truck fleets effectively, including routing redesign
• Drive cost reduction programs in logistics, warehouse, and procurement
• Manage our local suppliers (around 50+) to improve costs & cash flow
• Conduct procurement tasks, such as analyzing/controlling inventory, issuing POs, liaising with overseas suppliers and the sales team, processing payments, the system receiving, and other necessary tasks associated with overseas procurement
• Open new accounts in our SAP system
• Check and ensure our imported products comply with FEHD laws in HK and create food labels
• Evaluate own facilities versus 3PL for warehouses & trucks
• Formulate a mid-term strategic plan for our Supply Chain to cope with business growth
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• University graduate, fluent in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage, but not mandatory
• 5-8 years of working experience in supply chain comprising supervisory management of the warehouse, delivery team, suppliers, procurement, and quality management
• Detailed, people-minded, disciplined, and analytical
• Possession of a driving license is an added value, but not mandatory.
