Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
• Calculation the salary payment and taxation for local staff and expatriate staffs
• Performing the month-end closing process by ensuring the system records are updated and accurate upon payroll payment on a timely basis
• Management & modify for the HR system to support the daily operation
• Handle the staff movement processing, e.g. new hires, promotion, transfer & resignation
• Handle the MPF & ORSO administration, enrollment, termination, change & reports
• Responsible for the entire process of recruitment and selection, including candidates sourcing, conducting interviews and screening candidates for job matching
• Prepare the HR reports for management review
• Calculation the final payment & processing the LSP/SP Offset
• Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment and related legislation
• Provide comprehensive HR services, including print out payslips, draft the company letter, reference check, onboarding preparation, contract preparation, staff card.
• Provide HR support, including data entry, filing, documentation, record keeping, maintenance, daily operations, incoming inquiries & ad-hoc projects.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High Diploma or about in HR Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable organizations
• Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Well knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
• Good in the use of MS Office applications, especially Excel formula
• Have experience in handling the HRIS

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Proactive, meticulous, independent, able to meet tight deadline with good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Immediately available is preferred
