Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・To perform and checking loan repayment made over counter according to the operation procedures ・Check and approve inward & outward payment transactions submitted via various channels within required service standard ・To keep and maintain records precisely in respect of documents delivered by mailing upon account fully repaid. ・Handling the cheque payment received form customer by mail, checking payment capture and reversal as appropriate in system. ・Arrange the set-up of direct debit authorization of vehicle and equipment finance accounts. ・In accordance with full repayment report, call to contact customer to confirm corresponding address for dispatching a/c closing advice and/or other documents as appropriate. ・Attend telephone hotlines to handle inquiries of dealers and customers ・To coordinate with Collection & Marketing to identify unknown payment and confirm post payment made by the handling staff properly. ・Participate in user acceptance tests or system enhancement projects ・Back up and share other jobs of team member when required ・Perform other duties assigned by managers or Department Head from time to time.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum 2 years’ experience in loans operations. ・Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills. ・Proficient in using MS Office application (Excel, Word ) and Chinese word processing ・Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin ・Able to work independent and under pressure ・Welcome Fresh ・Immediate available <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Banking or Finance back ground is preferred
