<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Complete the month-end closing
• Provide consolidation related data for the HQ in Japan
• Assist in annual audit and liaise with the external auditor
• Prepare schedules, budget, forecast, and management analysis
• Conduct J-SOX review
• Attend internal seminars in Guangzhou or Shanghai, China if necessary(Once or twice per year)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia member preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from a trading company
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Japanese ability would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP Experience is a MUST
