Job Description
・Lead sales team 4-5 members covering public and private hospital, medical groups, clinics and dispensary channels
・Formulate and actively implement sales strategies for glowth
・Oversee call planning ,execution and report of each salesman
・provide coaching and guidance for sales excellence
・Successful formulary enlistment and tender management
・Build and manage relationships with KOLs, taking active role for development of key accounts and speaker pool for core products
・Collect market intelligence and generate market insights
・Identify new product opportunities
・Budget and reporting to management
<Requirement>
・Degree holder in life sciences, business or related disciplines
・Minimum 7 years experience in pharmaceutical sales and management
・Extensive sales experience to hospitals and medical groups is a must
・Strong business mind to drive growth
・Prior sales experiences of Oncology or Dermatology is a plus
