<Job Responsibilities>
・ Provide excellent service to High income customers
・ Product suggestion based on customer demand.
・ Brand experience conception and project management.
・ Ordering, product inspection, inventory management, return work, customer management, after-sales service.
・ Sales management, sales forecasting, evaluation on sales promotion activities.
・ Internal Meeting on a regular basis
・ Maintain hygiene standards of store
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3 years sales or CS experience in Luxury brand (Jewellery)
・Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
・Obtained great knowledge in Fashion industry.
・Curious, self-initiative and responsible candidate.
・Great interpersonal skills, able to build long-term relationship with customers
・Willing to learn and have great interested in Japanese culture and sake
・Conversational Japanese would be advantage
