Job Description
• Provide all-rounded support to the Corporate sales division
• Prepare sales orders and purchase orders
• Update the sales plan, sales progress and result of the Sales Offices' sales plan, progress update, result
• Prepare monthly sales plan and result report
• Sales Support Management (Simulation/Credit Claim Forecast (CCF) / Credit Request (CR))
• Liaise with the HQ in Japan
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Japanese ability is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in EXCEL, vlookup, pivot table, etc.
