Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee and supervise the purchasing team in day-to-day procurement operations
• Source new suppliers and negotiate price
• Prepare and follow up on purchasing orders, shipment & delivery arrangement
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track of & monitor stock level
• Handle shipment, purchase food ingredients from suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers, central kitchen, and stores
• Order and contact trading partners or suppliers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 year of purchasing experience in the F&B industry
• Experience in sourcing new suppliers
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Japanese ability is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proficient in MS Office
