Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Search, identify and recommend potential sites according to the requirement of the strategic site plan for the expansion of the restaurant network • Conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account geographic, area demographics, and sales potential to support the opening of new restaurant • Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth opening of the new store and negotiate with landlord, management office to address property management issues • Handle all matters related to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets and legal compliance • Other Adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma holder in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, Surveying, or related disciplines • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the F&B industry • Fluent in English and Chinese • Proficient in MS Office
