<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store
・Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
・Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
・Manage and monitor the in-store visual merchandising, inventory, assets and cost control
・Ad-hoc duty
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3 years of experience in front line in F&B
・Minimum 1-2 years of operation management level in retail
・Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English
・Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
