<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese directors and expatriates such as booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations
• Manage the directors’ schedule
• Answer overseas branch managers’ meeting requests on behalf of the Japanese directors and arrange meetings
• Accompany the Japanese directors on personal matters such as opening bank accounts, renewing HKID, looking for new apartments
• Support the HR&admin department such as translating documents or preparing excel form
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• At least 3 years of secretarial experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
